A sizeable package of documents, providing for boosting Russian-Swedish cooperation in various spheres, will be signed during the state visit by Russian President Boris Yeltsin to Sweden on December 2-4.

The press centre of the Swedish Foreign Ministry described reporters important events to be held during the visit.

On the first day of his stay in Sweden, the Russian leader will pay a visit to King Karl XVI Gustaf at the Royal Palace in Stockholm where the Swedish monarch will give a luncheon in honour of the high Russian guest. Later in the day, Yeltsin will hold talks with Swedish Prime Minister Goran Persson.

The sides will discuss stability in the Baltic region and on the European continent as a whole, taking into account the latest Russian initiatives on strengthening security in the Baltic Sea region, put forth by the Russian president late last October.

The signing of Russian-Swedish agreements will take place at the Stockholm townhall in the afternoon.

On Wednesday, December 3, the president will pay a visit to the Swedish parliament where he will deliver a speech to legislators.

The programme for December 4, Thursday, provides for Yeltsin's meeting with prominent members of the Swedish business community and a wreath-laying ceremony at the grave of prominent Swedish statesman and politician Olaf Palme.

Reporters were told at a news conference in the press centre that during a luncheon in honour of Yeltsin and his wife, which will be given on behalf of the Swedish premier, the Russian president and his wife will meet, among other V.I.P.s, world-famous Swedish authoress Astrid Lindgren who turned 90 recently and whose works are very popular in Russia.

The Russian president will be accompanied by a large group of Russian politicians and cabinet members, including first vice-premier Boris Nemtsov who will also go to Goeteborg, the second largest city of Sweden, where he will visit the headquarters of the Swedish Volvo motor company and will meet representatives from regional authorities.

It was noted at the news conference that Russia is interested in developing bilateral relations with Sweden, including work on drawing Swedish investments in the Russian economy. The sides will also discuss such issues of bilateral cooperation as the power industry and organised crime control.

On its part, Sweden displays great interest in strengthening relations with Russia which implements democratic reforms.

Comparing all that is united by the concept of "mine" with all that is united by the concept of "not mine" the concept of "I" is born. Here begins the development of the individual consciousness of modern man, here began the development and individual consciousness of fossil people. It also began its development and public power, which initially could not have any other form, as soon as the form of protection of a mother who realized her motherhood to her children.

Ivan Petrovich Pavlov, studying the physiological process, which he called the conditioned reflex, suggested that this process is the basis for the formation of mental reactions of all living organisms, including the thinking process of a human of a modern species. But, in our opinion, the human thinking process of the modern species is based not on one, but on four types of conditioned reflexes.

About two and a half thousand years ago, Zenon of Elea tried to draw the attention of researchers to how important it is (adequately to reality) to define the concepts that are used in the description of certain processes. But, apparently, his attempts were in vain, for the researchers, and still do not pay enough attention to the definition of basic concepts in the description, in particular, physical processes.

Dialectics is often called the tool of knowledge of nature. But, in the opinion of the author of this article, this tool is still as imperfect as the scissors would be imperfect, without the central screw uniting the two blades of this tool. This "cog" in dialectics is the fact that the "struggle" of opposites, which is the driving force behind the development of all processes of nature, is not absolute.

The world ether is filled with gravitons. A positron rotating in the ether twists around itself graviton spheres, which increase its mass and turn it into a proton. The graviton spheres of the positron attract an electron to it, giving rise to a neutron. A proton, having lost some of its rotational energy, with its atomic graviton spheres - (unlike nuclear graviton spheres, which attract an electron to a proton, turning it into a neutron) - attracts an electron to itself, turning it into a hydrogen atom.

The transformation occurs by replacing the charge motion vector with the opposite vector. This is explained by the fact that all elements of the electron's magnetoelectric system are opposite to all elements of the positron's magnetoelectric system. And this opposite is determined by the vector of their movement in space. Therefore, it is only necessary to change - by means of a diode bridge, or a mechanical rectifier - the motion vector of one of the charges on the opposite vector, as soon as this charge turns into its antipode. The electron motion vector is opposite to the positron motion vector, both in conductors and in electromagnetic waves.
