В статье показано, что вакуумная среда состоит из реликтовых частиц, создающих реликтовый фон, обнаруженный исследователями [1]. Причем, это излучение, представляющее электромагнитные волны, фотоны, можно рассматривать как волны возмущения вакуумной среды. Поэтому, если фотон является волной возмущения вакуумной среды то, очевидно, эта среда должна состоять из микроэлементарных частичек фононов, гравитонов, которые и составляют эту волну The article shows that the vacuum environment consists        of relict particles producing relic background, discovered by researchers [1].
